We reached out to see if they could take a look at a leaky spot on our roof around a vent pipe. They responded the same day and came out within a week to perform the repairs. I had originally left Southers Construction a two star review; however, I am changing that to a 5 star. After my original review, Ricky contacted me to get more details of why my review was rated at two stars. He came out to my house, conducted a walk around and then said he would make things right, and he did! The very next day I received an email letting me know they had ordered me a new American flag and offered to retire the one in the photo. I was also informed they would be sending someone out to conduct a sweep of my property to gather any stray nails and remove a scuff on the side of my home. I am very please with the way Ricky handled the situation.

When you think about someone working on your house(your pride and joy)( largest investment of your life)(the shelter to keep your family safe and healthy) I want someone who truely takes pride in what they do and does the highest quality work. After seeing many great reviews about Southers construction in the Seacoast area I decided to give Ricky the owner a call. He picked up after the first ring I went on to introduce myself and let him know I was having a problem with some water coming in my roof and leaking over my kitchen. I told Him that I was sure he was flat out and to just try to fit me in as soon as possible. He followed up my statement with well mold is a very serious thing and you have young children I can be there by early this afternoon and get it taken care of. I was shocked!! I happen to be at work that after noon but I got a phone call exactly at the appointment time we had set and he was explaining to me what was going on. He then followed up by sending me a video and explained exactly what was happening. He then went on to tell me that because it is a 911 he will have one of his guys out within the hour to repair the damage. He also informed me that he could repair the interior water damage and replace all Sheetrock and finish work. I was blown away when I finally got to meet Ricky himself when it was time to pay him for his services. His bill was more than generous and I could not get over his confidence and amount knowledge about what he does. He had to be one of the most respectable contractors I have ever met. He later informed me he had service in the service and had four children of his own.it all made since. I would defiantly recommend Southers construction to anyone that needs anything home related done!

I contacted 4 roofers but Southers Construction stood head and shoulders above the rest. Ricky Southers was the only one who got on my roof to look at it. He then told me it needed a few minor repairs but still had some life left in it. Great customer service, great price and he told me he would deduct the cost of repair when it was time to replace the roof. I will always call them first from now on.

Southers Construction replaced the cedar siding on one side of my home, the south side (gets all the sun). The original 32 year side was way beyond repair. Jade gave me recommendations and a quote. Ron and his crew did a bang up job of replacing it. All joints are straight and true. It took two weeks. Last Monday it was stripped and Typar added, then it rained the rest of the week. This Monday through Wednesday completed. If I have any complaints it is not with Southers but with Mother Nature. Excellent work Southers!

Ricky and the rest of the crew from Southers Construction replaced a portion of my roof and helped me on many occasions with snow removal. They do very good work and are particular about cleaning up when the job is done, but I was even more impressed by their honesty and integrity in their dealings. Ricky served as a U.S. Marine for several years, but decided to leave the service with the announcement of the birth of his first son in 2011. Ricky and his wife Shiloh have three young children who keep them busy every free second they get. He has a degree in Business Administration that he received shortly, after leaving the Marines.
