Southers Construction began as a one man show back in 2012. It was a dream had by a single man and his family. Ricky Southers, a U.S. Marine, began door knocking and selling his own repair work in his local community. After about four years of hard work and dedication, combined with strategic business moves; Ricky was able to begin hiring a crew. It was at this time that he was able to double his business output by continuing his quality workmanship and marketing strategies. Two years later after putting his nose to the grind and six years after starting his one-man repairs; Ricky Southers, saw his company finally take off. Since 2018 Mr. Southers has been able to support his local community by offering tremendous job opportunities and quality service.

Ricky Southers
Owner/CEO
Ricky, born in Oklahoma, founded the company back in 2012 after learning the essentials working alongside Kris. Ricky served as a U.S. Marine for several years, but decided to leave the service with the announcement of the birth of his first son in 2011. Ricky and his wife Shiloh have three young children who keep them busy every free second they get. He has a degree in Business Administration that he recieved shortly, after leaving the Marines. He is a firm believer that a good business is based off of referrals and word of mouth. To accomplish this he takes advantage of networking and providing the highest level of quality and service in the industry to ensure true customer satisfaction.
Sean Saulnier
Vice President
Sean is an active outdoorsman who loves to hike, camp, fish, boat, hunt. He also has a passion for live music. Sean began his construction journey installing sheetrock and taper for his father’s company, working in commercial framing as a team lead for Pelletier Builders Inc., Sales Mentor at Power Home Remodeling Group, Sales Account Manager at ABC Supply, Partner in Stonybrook Remodeling, and a Business Development Specialist for Tando Building Products out of Canada.
Jack Cavallaro
Portland Branch Manager
Jack is a student-athlete at The University of New Hampshire and is finishing up his last semester of school. He will complete his last football season and graduate with a degree in Homeland Security and a double minor of Business and Sales in May. He previously interned for the UNH Sales Center.
